My job at PSB, UUM as a librarian gave me in gaining many experience that I can get. But you must know how to communication with all level of peoples. My first tasks was to find a prosiding by UUM in 2006 but the things are not published or complied. As a librarian, we must have the ability to help users in any kind and how to find the information it's up to you. The most important things you must tell your boss about it in printed version just the formality, open a new folder on what you have search for and to show your action taken. Among others, I also learn that when you call peoples, also asked for their details and what they are incharge of. Take notes about it in your own personal books. Many things that, I learn here to be more friendly and confident within you in giving services to the users. When arrived home, any job seem so "penat tp puas ati" but you must develop your own reputation in gaining notice on what you do. p/s ~ it is just about helping people sincerely meanwhile doesn't asked anything back in return. (0_o)
